The One is a statement in contemporary luxury, a bespoke residential development situated in the heart of one of South Africa’s most productive suburbs. Designed with discerning homeowners in mind, this lifestyle estate comprises of apartments, each featuring expansive open-plan living spaces, seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, and curated finishes sourced from Euro Bath & Tile.

From inception, the brief was clear: create a timeless living environment that blends world-class design with everyday functionality—where architecture, materiality, and craftsmanship unite to tell a cohesive story of sophistication, relaxation and a feeling of home.

The Milestones

Creating a development of this calibre came with a distinct set of milestones to achieve:

• Design Cohesion: Each apartment needed to reflect the same design philosophy while leaving room for individual expression.
• Material Integrity: Providing premium quality curated finishes that uphold the aesthetic requirements without compromising on performance and longevity.

Our collaboration

Euro Bath & Tile was brought on board early in the design phase to consult on and supply sanitaryware, tiles, and architectural fittings. Our role extended from product specification to delivery and continued on-site visits, ensuring precision execution at every step.

Key Contributions:

• Tiling & Surfaces: Large-format porcelain tiles selected for their bold textures and timeless elegance, covering floors and accent walls throughout the properties.  This extended to outdoor regions as well, featuring wall cladding in the outdoor entertainment area and adding accents of wall panels to the estate’s façade.

• Bathrooms: Each apartment features en-suite bathrooms with a mix of freestanding bathtubs, wall-hung toilets, and walk-in showers. We supplied premium brands including Flavio, Aquatec Signature Showers and Daniel Taps for their proven quality and sleek, modern lines.

• Ceilings: Providing ceiling solutions to complement the entire space.
  

Kitchen accents & finishes: Surpassing trends by featuring glossy Kit Kat Fingers that provide an elegant finish and provide a look that will certainly surpass the test of time.

The One was successfully launched its first phase lot of apartment units, with the space making continuous advancements for its tenants.

Our partnership with the developer and design team has been a continuous testament to what’s possible when vision meets execution. From concept to final handover, Euro Bath & Tile continues to be ecstatic about its contribution to Property Plus’s The One | Lifestyle Apartment project and continued realisation.
